So many times, I was infuriated by the prior presales. This time, they got it right. Nice job. Glad to see someone had a hassle free time. Just finished logging in with different browsers. Still can't find any access code for the pre-sale. Happy to be a member, but the presale drove the membership purchase. Any advise on how the access code is given? Look at your profile in the Tool Army area. You should see a "Personal Promo Code". Then go rock out! Was a shit show for me, safari and Firefox would NOT work.

By the time I tried chrome all the vips were sold out. Immediately after TA payment went through my presale code appeared on my account. Within 2 minutes - at AM, as the presale started at 10 - I had my ticket for the Vegas show. I'm beyond ecstatic! No words capture the immense happiness you all have helped bring today.

Same here Went to Vegas VIP last time. Looking forward to them both! It worked for me. I got 2 Bronze packages for Tacoma. I clicked on TA Packages and it brought me to a list of dates and it said buy now for Tacoma.

You are buying through the site and not TM. I just don't know where my seat are. Where are my "Premium Tickets" located? Try a different browser -- I was having the same exact issue in Safari, but then tried Chrome and it worked.

Good luck! No way to buy a package had to ditch and go straight to ticketmaster for seats. It would be awesome if the Army in Tacoma could purchase another two tickets, or just the package sans seats Also wondering where the tickets are for the bronze package. What justifies the price difference between bronze and silver?

I could not get a TA package but I was able to get a ticketmaster seat on the floor, so I am happy.

I wanted to get the package but seeing them is what matters most to me. If there is only one browser that works they need to let the paying public know. I tried safari and Firefox with the exact same problem. Basic info would be nice. It has nothing to do with the browser you used and everything to do with your device and or internet connection you probably need to clear your browsing history and cache make sure all updates are installed that's just basic computer maintenance so I say again how was that Toolbands fault.

So got the confirmation for the Tool Army Membership order and surprise it looks like everyone else is experiencing the same issue of not having their membership updated. Love how this does not completely align with the excellence of the band. Lets get it together. Same for me. This is fucking bullshit! Been trying to purchase presale tixs but I don't have a passcode bcuz my acct says free tier but yet I paid. Been charged twice, but still no code. Fuck presale, why can't this just be easy? I was not able to use google for what ever reason; I had to switch to my phone. When I entered the presale code on the Ticket Master app, it sent me back to the queue and worked fine.

Right now TA packages link only lists what they are but it does have a date next to it which makes me think it will end up a pre sale link for packages…. I think the question is what I am also trying to find out, do we purchase the packages through this website with the TA package link, or through ticketmaster? I have the same exact question. I am just hoping when 10 am hits I will be able to purchase the package or get a seat, I am so anxious seeing all these comments that some pre-sale codes did not work or others did not even need it.

Am I missing something? Does anyone know if there are designated rows for gold, silver, and bronze? If you get 2 packages do you get to sit next to the other person you bought it for? Directly from toolband support. All three packages come with Premium Floor Tickets.

Location of seating cannot be guaranteed and ADA seating may vary per venue. The boxes will contain a combination of show specific and tour exclusive items. Items will vary by package tier. The items are limited in nature and are only available within either the Gold, Silver or Bronze level boxes.

The Gold package is limited to 10 per show and will contain an item signed by the band. I have two Silver packages and still got seats in the front row of the level. I also think you can get a better perspective of their show from or levels. My membership expires in Nov but under My profile it shows I'm in the free tier and I dont have a presale code.

Help I cant find how to purchase right now on the presale. For the Tool Army presale, do they generally send out a code or password in order to purchase the tickets? Or does it vary by venue?

Where can I find this info? I didn't see that Tool has a requirement in the post. I would say it varies by venue. The ones I am going to are all different. Philly doesn't specify vaccination but you have to wear a mask. Newark has no vaccination requirement but 'suggests' a mask.

Buffalo states mandatory vaccination and masks are optional. For NYC you definitely need to show proof of vaxx or negative Covid test. Also check the requirements of the venue.

Had fourth row tickets at box office lottery March Moline, IL Thinking of going gold now, fuck it. Is it worth the price guys? Push the envelope. Watch it bend. Because there were alot more vip tickets than the 10 Gold. Had VIP for , then tour cancelled. Not sure why theres a limited number of gold tier. Covid strikes again. This is the worst feeling. I have 2 silver for Orlando not canceled yet they canceled my 2 gold for Tampa. My San Diego Silver got cancelled. Already seen them 15 times anyway. I have heard different stories from different events. VIP does not guarantee you a signed poster because they are usually not available till later in the day when the doors to the event open.

The VIP is worth it all alone just for the ticket. In Denver last October it was fairly easy for some of us, not so easy for others. The unsigned posters were there when we got early merch access, but the signed ones could not be sold until the doors opened to the public. There were only signed ones, and they gave 20 copies to the merch tables, so if you didn't get to one of those before the masses you missed out.

One fella who was also a VIP bought like 4 of them, so that happens too. Not sure what determines that, whether it is the particular artist or the location is a mystery, but I did see that the Alex Grey ones sold for higher than say the Robbie Trevino ones did. Seems like there was a group of VIP that went up to wait for the signed ones and most that wanted one were able to get them I was happy with unsigned VIP is fucking awesome?

I did VIP in November. There is a lot of waiting, a lot! You get first dibs at merch. You listen to soundcheck which was really cool. After soundcheck Justin, Adam and Danny come down from stage and take a group picture. There isn't much interaction but maybe others have had different experiences. You aren't guaranteed front row, it's usually first three rows. The closer you are to the front of the line doesn't guarantee better seats. No Maynard. Totally worth it!! Are you allowed to bring some stuff with you say a small backpack with time killing materials in it and also most importantly, what about snacks, do they feed you?

There was a limit on bag size. Some snacks are a good idea. They fed us really well but I think it depends on the venue. Just saw them in Raleigh NC. Looking forward to hearing 7empest Live, fingers crossed. Going to the Toledo show and first time VIP. I noticed it says parking for one vehicle but tickets are picked up at will call. Do we get a parking pass emailed to us? This is awful. Without a normal pre-sale it's nearly impossible to get decent tickets for in-demand shows, despite the attempts the ticket brokers use to stop bots. But seriously? Very disappointed. I just got VIP tix for N. Hope to meet Adam Jones too. He's my favorite member.
